Shipping Terms
Shipping of our products is generally limited to the countries listed below. Depending on the size, weight and dimensions of your order, shipping will be carried out via DHL, GLS or a freight forwarder. You can find the applicable shipping costs in the information below.
Shipping within Germany
For deliveries within mainland Germany, the following applies:
- Free shipping for orders with a gross merchandise value of 49 € or more.
- If the gross merchandise value is below 49 €, we charge a one-time shipping fee of 5.95 €.
Shipping outside Germany
Orders to Austria can now be placed directly via www.bestwaystore.de .
We ship spare parts to selected European countries via www.bestway-spareparts.com .
Currently, spare parts can be shipped to the following countries:
Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipping to any other countries.

Germany
- Free shipping for orders with a cart value of 49 € or more.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases. We have no influence over these costs and they must be borne by you. These may include, for example, fees for money transfers charged by financial institutions (e.g. bank transfer fees or exchange-rate fees) as well as import duties and taxes (e.g. customs duties or import VAT).

Delivery Times
Processing and delivery times depend on the respective shipping provider. After we receive your payment, we usually dispatch your order within 2–3 business days. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Depending on the carrier, you can then track your shipment online via a link we provide.
Please note: Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider and the destination region.
For freight shipments, the forwarding company will usually contact you by email within 2–3 days to provide a delivery date or to arrange a suitable appointment with you. This helps ensure that delivery can be planned and that you are available at the agreed time.
Transport Damage (Parcel Delivery)
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report this immediately to the delivery driver and, if possible, refuse acceptance of the shipment.
Please contact us right away afterwards so we can find a quick solution together. Failing to submit a complaint or to contact us has no consequences for your statutory rights or their enforcement (in particular, your warranty rights).
However, you help us a great deal in asserting our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
